IND vs WI: India win by eight wickets

LIVE | India vs West Indies: Rohit Sharma scores 100

After schooling the visitors in Tests, India will once again take on West Indies to kick-start the five-match ODI series from Guwahati’s Barsapara Cricket Stadium on Sunday. This will be the first one-day international being played at the Barsapara stadium – a former dumping ground. While for India, young lad Rishab Pant is all set to make his ODI debut, West Indies’ Marlon Samuels will play his 200th ODI. Since 2002, West Indies have not won any ODI series in India and it is highly unlikely that the unbalanced Caribbeans could change that. However, the Jason Holder and boys are known for their unpredictability and India will not take them lightly given their firepower in the limited overs format.
