IPL 2017: Rishi Kapoor bats for Pakistan players, requests organisers to include them in tournament

Rishi Kapoor lamented the fact that whereas on one hand, Afghanis were making their debut, the Pakistan players have to be bereft of the IPL.He further said that we Indians have a big heart and thus we should allow Pakistan players to also play in the premier tournament.

IPL, the premier T20 tournament is set to begin on Wednesday and all the cricket fanatics are waited for it with bated breath. All the teams participating in the cricketing extravaganza are filled with top notch players and cricketing superstars from all across the globe.

The tournament has a huge fan following and even celebrities are not unaffected by the buzz. Veteran actor Rishi Kapoor has said that IPL is filled with world class players and even Afghanistan cricketers will be a part of it's 2017 edition.

However, Kapoor lamented the fact that whereas on one hand, Afghanis were making their debut, the Pakistan players have to be bereft of the IPL.He further said that we Indians have a big heart and thus we should allow Pakistan players to also play in the premier tournament.

The IPL is said to begin from Wednesday and the first match will take place between Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) and Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH).
