Rising Pune Supergiants pulled off a brilliant 4-wicket win against two-time IPL champions Kolkata Knight Riders at the Eden Gardens on Wednesday thanks to a superb 93-run knock by rookie batsman Rahul Tripathi.
After winning the toss, Supergiants invited KKR to bat first and restricted them to 155 for eight.
Chasing the target, the visitor's stumbled initially as they lost Ajinkya Rahane in the first over. However, Tripathi continued his power hitting that kept their run rate above 10.
