A sloppy batting display cost Royal Challengers Bangalore another Indian Premier League match at the MCA ground on Saturday. Home team set a sub-par target of 158 for the RCB who suffered another batting collapse. Earlier, the RCB bowlers put a disciplined show as they managed to restrict RPS under 160. The visitors are looking to end their dismal show in the Indian Premier League 2017 in an away game today.
Virat Kohli has not included star batsman Chris Gayle in the squad. The match is being billed as a must-win game for the visitors as they have already lost six of their nine matches and are second-last on the points table with just five points.
RPS too, on the other hand, have been pretty inconsistent in the season with just eight points in as many games with just four wins in their kitty.
Squads
