Justice Lodha on Friday commented on Supreme Court’s direction to BCCI. He stated that the apex court has done what it thought was best for implementation of its judgement dated 18 July 2016.
He further said, Let me see the text of the order, only then I will be able to understand what mandate has been given to committee. Then we will see to what extent BCCI allows committee to carry out the order.
Commenting on BCCI chief Anurag Thakur, Justice Lodha said that, nothing is against him, we invited him earlier also. If court has observed, we will definitely interact with him.
BCCI Chief Anurag Thakur on Friday responded on Supreme Court's directions to Lodha Panel and said “We've to follow their instructions anyhow, but we'll look at every aspect of game”.
