Hosts England and Pakistan are clashing in the first semi-final of the Champions Trophy at Sophia Gardens, Cardiff. Pakistan have won the toss and elected to field first. England is all set to open their batting and would hope to make a big score. On the other hand, Pak would hope that its bowlers can contain the English batsmen to a manageable score.
Although England seem a highly settled unit with its balance of excellent all-rounders, dynamic batsmen and deadly bowlers, Pakistan have time and again proved to be the most unpredictable team in the game of cricket. They can delight and disappoint within a matter of days.
