New Delhi:

England have won the toss and invited Australia to bat first in an important game of ICC Champions Trophy 2017 in Edgbaston, Birmingham.

It is a do-or-die scenario for Australia because if they lose to England then they will be out of the competition. England have a semis spot. If they win, Bangladesh will join them. If Australia win, they march through.

Having not completed an innings so far in the tournament, Australia have had limited chance to assess their batsmen. Chris Lynn could be in contention for a call-up, but less clear is who would sit out to accommodate him.

Teams:

Australia (Playing XI): David Warner, Aaron Finch, Steven Smith(c), Moises Henriques, Glenn Maxwell, Travis Head, Matthew Wade(w), Pat Cummins, Mitchell Starc, Josh Hazlewood, Adam Zampa

England (Playing XI): Jason Roy, Alex Hales, Joe Root, Eoin Morgan(c), Ben Stokes, Jos Buttler(w), Moeen Ali, Adil Rashid, Liam Plunkett, Mark Wood, Jake Ball
