Another ban for Pakistani cricketer as legspinner Yasir Shah has been banned for three months after testing positive for a banned substance in December. He will be available to play for his country after March 27.
Earlier, the right handed spinner was provisionally suspended under the ICC's anti-doping code for testing positive for a banned substance. On November 13, a sample taken from Yasir, when Pakistan was playing England in Abu Dhabi, was found of guilty to contain, chlortalidone, which list of diuretics and masking agents.
Shah appealed against the ban but the apex body took the decision against him.
Yasir Shah, a key member of the Pakistan team since debuting in Test cricket in October 2014. Currently ranked No. 4 in the Test bowlers rankings, he has 76 wickets from 12 Tests at 24.17.
