Left arm Spinner Ravindra Jadeja has now become the highest wicket taker for India at ICC Champions Trophy. He achieved this milestone on Thursday in the game against Bangladesh.
Ravindra Jadeja now has 16 wickets from nine matches in the ICC Champions Trophy overtaking former left-arm fast bowler Zaheer Khan picked 15 wickets in 9 matches.
India on Thursday scripted a clinical 9 wicket victory over Bangladesh in the Champions Trophy and set up a thrilling final with arch-rivals Pakistan. Virat Kohli and 'Man of the Match' Rohit Sharma steered India's chase in the match as they cruised to the 265 runs in the 41st over itself.
Even though Ravindra Jadeja is not bowling up to his potential in this edition of Champions Trophy but still he remains a key player for India with his fielding and batting ability.
In 2013 Jadeja picked up 12 wickets in five matches. His performance with the ball was key to India's victory four years back.
