One of Australia's greatest ever pace bowler Denis Lillee celebrated his 68th Bday on Tuesday. Global cricket fans, former and present cricketers poured in wishes to the Aussie paceman on his birthday. Virender Sehwag who has been known to greet stars on their B'day's and milestones in his trademark fashion on twitter dint hold back again after he posted a series of hilarious yet impactful tweets.
The first of his tweets had an underlying message on how Denis Lillee was considered the best seamers of his era.Sehwag hailed him as the Bahubali of bowlers.
He followed up with another tweet showcasing his creative side. His tweet read, “Happy Bday Sir Dennis Lillee. If Lilleeji were in film Gunda’ Naam hai mera Lillee, kar deta hoon batsman ki pant Gilee’.â€

Australian great Denis Lillee was known as arguably the best fast bowler of his generation. During his time, Lillee went on to become the leading Australian wicket-taker in Test scalping 355 wickets in 70 Test matches. Lillee formed a deadly pace duo with fellow Aussie speedster Jeff Thompson. The pair decimated and tormented the best of batting attacks with their lethal pace and deadly swing. In December 1971, Lille ran through a powerful World XI side in Perth, taking 8 for 29 in the first innings, and went on to claim 31 Test wickets at 17.67 during the 1972 Ashes tour, that is how he impacted matches and changed the complexion of series’.
