The death news of Pakistani cricketer Shahid Afridi's younger daughter's death became viral on Monday. However, the news which was viral about Afridi’s daughter, found to be fake. There is no confirmation yet on the news of the death from the cricket fraternity.
According to the Facebook pages that had also posted picture of a child wrapped in white cloth with red rose petals on her body, which was not Afridi’s daughter.
There was a news that Afridi’s daughter was suffering from illness which must have provoked the news.
Afridi was criticised by many for his bad form in recent time and dismissal performance of the team in Asia Cup and World T20 has added to his woes.
Afridi is out of domestic cricket for few days because of his trip to the Haj.
