The name of the store is a pun on Dhawan’s name, who is often nicknamed ‘The One’. Following the announcement, players like Rohit Sharma, Irfan Pathan and Harbhajan Singh took to their social media accounts to congratulate Shikhar and Aesha.
Dhawan was the star performer for India in the 2018 Asia Cup where he smashed two hundreds, one each against Hong Kong and Pakistan. The left-hander was left out of the two-Test series against West Indies and in the first ODI at Guwahati, he was dismissed cheaply for 4.
The second match of the five-ODI series between India and West Indies begins in Vizag on Wednesday.
