Watch: Yuvraj and Dhoni showering mutual praises in heart rendering video

Dhoni and Yuvraj have not only been partners on the field but also off the field, where their friendship has done the talking. Interviews and press meets over the years show how they have supported each other.

In the press conference after the World Cup final, Yuvraj referred to Dhoni as one of the greatest captains that India have ever had and added that Sourav Ganguly and Dhoni have helped him a lot in his career.

Yuvraj on Tuesday posted a short chatty video of himself with the “best captain ever”on Instagram and captioned it as “Well done @mahi7781 on your career as captain! 3 major wins 2 w cups time to unleash the old dhoni.”

The clip first shows Yuvi asking Dhoni about his journey as the captain so far.

MSD answers, “The journey has been good, fantastic. It is good to have players like you, the job becomes easier. Enjoyed my 10 years, hopefully, I will enjoy more, whatever I have.”

Yuvi then goes on to say, “You are the best captain ever, would like to tell you that. It has been amazing playing under you, winning three big championships, world cup and being the number 1 test team under you.”

Dhoni and Yuvraj also share a light moment in the clip as the former quips, “And thanks to you I witnessed the six sixes at the best seat.”

Captain cool is also heard talking about going back to his fiery game and on speaking about hitting more sixes he humbly adds, “If they ball in my areas, in the right areas and the situation permits I will look to hit sixes.”
