Yogeshwar Dutt’s silver medal: Virender Sehwag takes on twitter to express joy through epic joke

Virender Sehwag took to the micro-blogging site, Twitter, on Tuesday morning to post on Yogeshwar’s medal upgrade. He wrote, “Wah !Cricket upgraded in US, NehraJi upgraded to smartphone and now #YogeshwarDutt ‘s 2012 bronze likely to be upgraded to silver. #Upgrade”.

He had a number of events to be happy about. From India’s two match T20 series against Windies in US to Ashish Nehra upgrading to smartphone and finally Yogeshwar’s medal upgrade.

As per Russian agency, flowrestling.org, the four-time world champion and two-time Olympic medallist Kudukhov, who had died in a car crash in 2013 in southern Russia, was found to have used a banned substance in a test conducted by WADA.

Yogeshwar had lost to Kudukhov in the pre-quarterfinals at London. But once the Russian advanced to the final, he got another chance in the repechage round and went on to win bronze. Indian Olympic medallist and wrestler Yogeshwar had a disappointing stint at the Rio 2016 Olympics.

Virendra Sehwag has been active on social media and is known for his hilarious tweets on various matters. He was vocal during the Rio Olympics on twitter as he had also tweeted on Deepa Karmakar, Sakshi malik. He had trolled Shobha De and also replied British journalist Piers Morgan.
