Courtois will return to the Spanish capital for the first time since he left Real Madrid’s city rivals Atletico de Madrid.
However, it will be a tough call for new manager Julen Lopetegui to drop the current no.1 Keylor Navas from the playing XI, given his consistency for the three years, in which the club won the UEFA Champions League for three consecutive times.
