In the first half an hour Pakistan has the upper hand by removing Australia's top three but a late surge from skipper Smith and all-rounder Watson, took away the momentum in the group stage at Mohali in ICC T20 World Cup 2016.

The late surge in the middle overs, helped Australia to 193 for 4 in their allotted 20 overs.

Smith played a busy innings. He played only six dots, two of which came when he was swinging in the last over. Pakistan need to overhaul 193 if they are to stay alive.
