The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has announced its 15-man squad for the World Cup, becoming the eighth team to do so and they are back with their regular captain Sarfaraz Ahmed, who hasn’t worn national colored jersey from quite some time. The announcement was made public on Thursday and the selectors met the skipper to finalise the team. The big names to miss out are the Umar Akmal and Mohammad Amir who were the part of the team frequently.

Sarfaraz Ahmed (C), Fakhar Zaman, Imam-ul-Haq, Abid Ali, Babar Azam, Shoaib Malik, Mohammad Hafeez, Haris Sohail, Shadab Khan, Imad Wasim, Hasan Ali, Faheem Ashraf, Shaheen Shah Afridi, Junaid Khan and Mohammad Hasnain.
