WICKET: Knocked him over! What a sight for the bowler. Middle stump off! It's 155/4.

ALERT: Shreyas Iyer scorers 12th IPL fifty!

The equation comes down to 23 runs off 17 deliveries. With skipper and Colin still at the crease, Delhi will look to end with a over to spare.

ALERT: Shreyas Iyer scores 1500 IPL runs!

WICKET: Short of length delivery and Pant gets out. He is failing to play maturely!

WICKET: The bowler bowls a slower one to Dhawan and he was early in his shot. Couldn't clear the 30-yard circle. Departs for well-made 56.

The game is drifting away from Kings XI Punjab. With each passing ball, Delhi is looking stringer. Both Dhawan and Shreyas have registered 87-run partnership. After 13 overs, it's 111/1

100 up for Delhi Capitals!

ALERT: Shikhar Dhawan registers 35th IPL fifty!

ALERT: Another milestone for Shikhar Dhawan, scores 500 fours in IPL career!

It's strategic time-out. No better time if one looks from Kings XI Punjab's point of view. They haven't been able to excute their plans and needed this to regroup and comeback strongly in the remaining overs. After 9 overs, it's 80/1.

The powerplay belongs to Delhi Capitals even when they have lost Prithvi Shaw. Dhawan is looking good for big and and they have already chased down 40 per cent! After 6 overs, it's 60/1.

WICKET: Confusion in the middle.. and Prithvi Shaw pays the price. He was looking good, but has to go back!

And the players are out in the middle again! Can Delhi chase down of what looks a promising target?

Punjab 163/7 in 20 overs vs Delhi (Chris Gayle 69, Sandeep Lamichhane 3/40)

WICKET: Rabada bowls a short of a length delivery and Ashwin just couldn't time it. A splendid catch by skipper Iyer.

Ashwin is trying to end Punjab's innings on high. After 18 overs, it's 141/6.

WICKET: Punjab's last hope departs. Mandeep tried to up the scoring rate and charged down the track to Axar Patel, but missed the ball completely. Axar picks his second.

Delhi has the momentum. They have been able to send half side back to the pavilion and not letting Mandeep Singh and Ravi Ashwin to open their arms. After 15 overs, it's 118/5. Sandeep could have had his fourth, but Rabada drops Mandeep on the last ball of his spell.

WICKET: Caught and Bowled. Sam Curran didn't trouble the scorers!

WICKET: This can be termed as catch of the season! A splendid innings comes to an end. Universe Boss aka 'Chris Gayle' departs! This has to be Ingrams catch!

WICKET: Axar Patel picks David Miller on very first ball of his spell. Miller tried to clear mid-off fielder but fell by some margin. OUT for 7.

The powerplay is slighly tilted towards Delhi Capitals here as they picked two crucial wickets (KL Rahul and Mayank Agarwal). However, Chris Gayle is still at the crease and can well play an impact. He has looked good for his 32 off 17 balls, but this remains to be seen if he can continue. After 6 overs, 50/2.

WICKET: Dream season for Rabada continues. Sends Mayank Agarwal in his first over!

Chris Gayle is on fire.He has smashed four boundaries in the fourth over. Looking dangerous for even more. At the end of 4 overs, it's 42/1.

Kings XI Punjab started off positively with KL Rahul smashing two boundaries up front. However, while trying to make three in over, he lost his wicket. First wicket down for Punjab. After 2 overs, it's 14/1.

Delhi players in the last hurdle. Chris Gayle and KL Rahul are out in the middle and so are umpires. It's game time!

TOSS: Delhi Capitals opt to bowl vs Kings XI Punjab

The toss is scheduled to happen in 30 minutes from now, and the team winning the toss will look to have a bat first as batting second is comparatively difficult at Feroz Shah Kotla. However, this remains to be seen if the winning captain goes with the same mindset.
