The leaked promo on Hotstar shows KKR taking on CSK in the final of IPL 2018 has made the people over the social media believe that the IPL 2018 is fixed. A clip from the leaked promo got viral on social media and has made people ask several questions regarding the mega event.

But for all the explanations, the video may just be case of prior planning, as the broadcasters prepare promos in advance. The IPL final takes place just 2 days after the Qualifier 2, which is to be played between Sunrisers Hyderabad and Kolkata Knight Riders. So, it may well be the case of advance preparation.
