India scored a thumping 54-20 win over Australia in their second match of the ongoing Kabaddi World Cup 2016 on Saturday. Defending champions India got their campaign back on track after losing to South Korea in their first match.

Indian players were at their supreme best in the match and dominated their Australian counterparts to the utmost extent. The Indian team displayed superb teamwork and defender Manjeet Chillar played a heroic role in the win.

With this win, the Indian team moved ahead of Bangladesh in the points table and has gained the top spot in the tournament. However, in order to advance to the semis, the team needs to win all of their remaining matches.

The Australians were outplayed in all departments and couldn't compete with the experienced Indian players. India is the favorites to win the tournament and their current form suggests that they are set to go all out to attain this objective.
