Yogeshwar Dutt will be competing in the Men’s 65 kg freestyle wrestling category on August 21. Yogeshwar takes the mat on 21st August for the one final time in Rio Olympics 2016. He is India’s last hope for Gold in the Rio summer games.

Yogeshwar Dutt had won the Bronze medal at the 2012 Summer Olympics in London. He was awarded the Padma Shri by the Government in India in 2013. In 2014, he won the Gold Medal at the Commonwealth Games in Glasgow.

India’s London bronze medallist is likely to face Mongolia's Ganzorigiin Mandakhnaran at 5:00 pm IST.

Yogeshwar, qualified for Rio Olympics from Asian Olympic Qualifiers held in Astana in February 2016. He is India’s last representative at the prestigious event. Apart from Sakshi, bronze medallist, India wrestlers have had a forgettable outing so far.
