Bengal Warriors comfortably defeated hosts Telugu Titans 24-30 in the Pro Kabaddi League 2017 on Wednesday. With this loss, Titans suffered fourth consecutive defeat in the tournament.
Raider Maninder Singh and South Korea’s Jang Kun Lee played magnificently and led their team to great victory. Singh and Lee scored 11 and 8 points respectively. Titans’ Vikas was the only player looking in form as he secured 8 points for his team. Besides him, Rahul Chaudhari and Nilesh Salunke bagged 5 points each for Titans.

Talking about Bengal Warriors, they kicked off this season of PKL with a victory against U Mumba. However, their performance deteriorated against Patna Pirates, Bengaluru Bulls and UP Yoddha.
In the previous match, UP Yoddha defeated Telugu Titans on Tuesday. The Nitin Tomar-led UP team put up a spectacular performance as they registered a thumping 31-18 win over Titans.
