A video has emerged on social networking sites in which English soccer fans are seen taunting begging children by teasing them and throwing money on the floor. Apparently, the video belongs to a time frame scooped before the start of Euro 2016 match between England and Wales in nearby Lens.
The video has gone viral on social platforms and shows four kids - identified as "little Muslim refugee kids" - stand amid litter discarded by the fans. People nearby are throwing coins on them; in a bid to claim the money kids are running after the coin, they are even fighting with each other in some frames.

In a bid to avoid violent clashes, both Football Association (FA) and Football Association of Wales (FAW) have urged fans to avoid Lille as much as possible.
However, with Euro Cup going on, the fans are coming in huge numbers.
The French government has also imposed a restriction on the volume of alcohol allowed to be sold by supermarkets and shops and outlaws drinking in the streets of the two cities. Despite this people can be spotted drinking in the video.
