As the professional wrestling extravaganza is on the verge to be showcased at the Mercedes-Benz Superdome in New Orleans, the much-anticipated match between John Cena and The Undertaker is still not confirmed.
John Cena has left no stone unturned in securing a match at the ‘Grandest Stage of Em All’ due to which he made a decision to fight the man who have ruled the event for a long time.
Both John and The Undertaker have been part of 39 Wrestlemanias put together but never got a chance to face each other at the event.
On the February 26 episode of Monday Night Raw, Cena spoke about his every effort to be a part of Wrestlemania 34 but failed to do so. He said he tried to win the Royal Rumble match and then at the Elimination Chamber but failed on both occasions.
Executive Vice President Triple H spoke about the possible match, “It really comes down to being up to The Undertaker, what he wants to do anywhere any time and he’s earned that right certainly with everything that he has accomplished and everything he’s done. He’s earned the right to pick his shots, pick his opportunity and really dictate what he wants to do’’.
It will be interesting to see whether this dream match will be a reality at the biggest event of sports entertainment Wrestlemania 34.
However, as of now John Cena is scheduled to face The Undertaker’s brother Kane on the March 26 episode of Monday Night Raw.
