World Number One Andy Murray overpowered Karen Khachanov in straight sets to make it to the quarterfinals at Roland Garros on Monday.

The British tennis ace put up a clinical show to crush Karen Khachanov 6-3, 6-4, 6-4. Murray will play either Fernando Verdasco or Japanese Kei Nishikori in the last eight for a place in the quarterfinals. Earlier Murray had beaten Argentine Juan Martin Del Potro in a thrilling three sets to make it to the round of sixteen. Meanwhile, Karen Khachanov upset  American John Isner in a tightly fought 4 setter to make it to the round of sixteen.
