On day six of Australian Open tennis fans will get to see some star players in action. The tournament is heading towards fourth round which makes the competition more intense. The weather is expected to be sunny with maximum temperature of 23 degrees.

On Rod Laver Arena in women’s singles on Saturday, sixth seed Dominika Cibulkova will be up against 30th seed Ekaterina Makarova. Later on the super-fit Serena Williams will be facing Nicole Gibbs from US.

In the afternoon the star player Rafael Nadal will be facing 19-year-old Alexander Zverev of Germany.

On Margaret Court Arena, the eighth seed Dominic Thiem faces Frenchman Benoit Paire for a place in the fourth round.

The final day match on the same court will have former world number one Caroline Wozniacki facing Johanna Konta.

On HiSense Arena in the twilight session, Canadian third seed Milos Raonic will take on French 25th seed Gilles Simon.

The night session should see plenty of action, with Bulgarian Grigor Dimitrov playing Richard Gasquet on Rod Laver Arena, and then sixth seed Gael Monfils will be against German 32nd seed Philipp Kohlschreiber.
