India’s tennis sensation Sania Mirza and former cricketer Sanjay Manjrekar have entered into war of words on Twitter. Sania had celebrated her feat for remaining number 1 player in the world for 80th consecutive weeks on the social media site. She mentioned that the achievement inspires her to further work harder.
Reacting to her tweet, Sanjay Manjrekar wrote on Twitter that Sania has forgot to mention that she has been number 1 ‘doubles’ player. Sania was not amused with Sanjay’s tweet and further reacted to him on Twitter.
Sania Mirza said that since she is not playing singles anymore, then is it not a common sense to understand what she meant by the tweet. Sanjay didn’t stopped there and wrote that she missed out on an important detail for someone like him who lacks common sense.
Till recently, Sania Mirza and her partner Martina Hingis has been on dream run winning one grand slam after another. This performance led her to achieve top slot for this long.
