WWE presented a monumental episode of Monday night RAW from XL Center in Hartford. Just like last year, the company made some huge changes to its two main rosters.
The episode kick started with the grand entry of United States champion Jinder Mahal, who became the newest member of RAW. General Manager Kurt Angle booked the former WWE champion in a title match against Jeff Hardy.
Jeff Hardy hit his finishing moves Twist of Fate and Swanton Bomb on Jinder Mahal to become the new United States Champion. Interestingly, the Charismatic Enigma also became a WWE Grand Slam champion after his first singles championship since returning to the company.
WWE shared a video of the title celebrations on its offficial Twitter handle.
Sasha Banks and Bayley who have been engaged in a rivalry for the past few months faced each other in a singles match. Liv Morgan, Ruby Riott and Sarah Logan attacked the two formers women’s champion, making the match a no-contest.
All the three members of the Riott Squad have officially joined RAW.
