Apple’s most anticipated mini iPhone though has already been revealed in leaked drawings and here comes the name too. Apple’s new handset will be called the iPhone SE and if its true this will be the first time when Apple’s smartphone wont have a number in its name.

This special edition will be launched next month alongside a smaller iPad Pro with a 9.7inch screen, smart keyboard and Apple Pencil support, according to reports.

Both the products are set to be unveiled at a special March 15 event alongside new colours and band designs for the firm's smartwatch. If sources are to be believed, Apple has decided to drop the “5” from the device’s name and simply call it the iPhone SE.

For this smartphone Apple will have 4-inch display and this comes at a time when the market is moving towards larger smartphone screens. The iPhone SE will replace the existing iPhone 5s and will take its price points.

This will feature an A9 processor for faster performance, an M9 chip for fitness tracking and always-on ‘Hey Siri’ support, the ability to take Live Photos, an upgraded 8-megapixel camera system.
