Juggernaut App is available on Google Play and on the App Store a week later, the app allows users to ask authors questions as well as notify them of author-related events. The publishing house has also tied up with online payment platform PayTM for the app.

New mobile publishing app 'Juggernaut' launched in India

India’s latest mobile publishing app got launched on April 22, initially available on the Android platform (with iOS to follow a week later). Making it possible to access a wide range of reads from short stories to novels on your smartphone.

This mobile app has over 100 books by acclaimed Indian authors, they also offer books produced by other publishing houses like Westland, Duckbill and Navayana.  Founded by ex-Penguin Random House publisher Chiki Sarkar, it spans popular genres such as romance, sex, fantasy, crime, self help, among other formats it has serialised reads, short reads and others.

It is available on Google Play and on the App Store a week later, the app allows users to ask authors questions as well as notify them of author-related events. The publishing house has also tied up with online payment platform PayTM for the app.

This app has authors like Arundhati Roy, William Dalrymple, Twinkle Khanna, Rujuta Diwekar, Husain Haqqani among others. The company plans to publish physical books and e-books as well from July onwards.
