Popular instant messaging app WhatsApp will reportedly be launching some new features for the users who are using Apple’s mobile operating system iOS. The new features will include music share features and larger emoji.

German publication Macerkopf first spotted the upcoming features and shared come screenshots. The features were seen in the WhatsApp for iOS beta, just like mentions and group invite links. The publication has reported that the users will be able to share songs with their contacts. Users can link to the song on Apple Music and can also store them locally.

The recipient will get album art with a music icon, a functionality which is not available currently in shared audio files. WhatsApp is reportedly gearing up to introduce larger emoji which will be three times bigger than the regular ones. WhatsApp had launched a feature earlier this month allowing users to quote messages when replying.
