According to reports, South Korean multinational company Samsung on Friday slashed the price of its Galaxy S7 Edge yet again in India.

While the 32GB variant of the mouth-watering device is now available at Rs. 35,900, customers may enjoy its 128GB version at an exciting amount of Rs. 37,900.

However, the offer is available through the offline channels only and one can also avail a Paytm cashback worth Rs. 5,000 upon scanning a QR code at an eligible retailer.

In 2016, Samsung had launched both the 32GB and 128GB versions of Galaxy S7 Edge at Rs. 50,900 and Rs. 56,900 respectively. Prior to the price drop while the 32GB version was available for Rs. 41,900, the 128GB one was open for sale at a whopping amount of Rs. 43,900 online. Offline prices prior to the drop were Rs. 38,900 and Rs. 40,900, respectively.

Moreover, Samsung is all set to add a couple of appealing devices to its much-loved Galaxy S series and on Sunday will launch Galaxy S9 and Galaxy S9+ at a pre-MWC conference in Barcelona.

Talking about the specifications, Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge presently runs Android Nougat and sports a 5.5-inch QHD Super AMOLED display. The handset is powered by an octa-core Exynos 8890 SoC, coupled with 4GB of RAM.

The device features a 12-megapixel 'Dual Pixel' rear camera sensor with an f/1.7 aperture and smart OIS feature as well as a 5-megapixel front camera sensor with f/1.7 aperture. Both variants of the Galaxy S7 Edge have the option to expand their storage via microSD card (up to 200TB). Apart from that, the smartphone is powered with a 3600mAh battery.
