Vivo S1 was launched in India on August 7 this year. The key features of Vivo S1 include a MediaTek Helio P65 SoC, a triple rear camera setup, in-display fingerprint sensor, face unlock, Halo FullView display and a 4,500mAh battery. The smartphone is up against Realme X. The key features of Realme X include 6.53-inch full-HD+ display, Snapdragon 710 SoC and a 48 megapixel rear camera. Vivo S1

Vivo S1 features a 6.38-inch full-HD + Super AMOLED capacitive multi-touch display with a waterdrop-style notch. It runs Funtouch OS 9 based on Android Pie.

Under the hood, the smartphone has an octa-core MediaTek Helio P65 MT6768 SoC paired with 4GB and 6GB of RAM options. Vivo S1 comes with 64GB and 128GB of onboard storage choices.

Vivo S1 comes equipped with a triple rear camera setup that houses a 16-megapixel primary sensor with an f/1.78 lens. The setup also includes an 8-megapixel secondary sensor with an f/2.2 wide-angle lens and a 2-megapixel tertiary sensor with an f/2.4 lens. On the front, there is the 32-megapixel selfie camera that comes with an f/2.0 lens.

Connectivity options include 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth v5.0, GPS/ A-GPS, and Micro-USB with USB OTG support. Sensors onboard include accelerometer, ambient light sensor, e-compass, proximity sensor, virtual gyroscope, and in-display fingerprint sensor. The phone packs a 4,500mAh battery.

It measures 159.53x75.23x8.13mm. The phone comes in Cosmic Green and Skyline Blue colour options.

The 4GB RAM + 128GB storage variant of Vivo S1 costs Rs 17,990 while the price of 6GB RAM + 64GB storage model has been set at Rs 18,990. On the other hand, the price of 6GB RAM + 128GB storage option of Vivo S1 has been set at Rs 19,990.

The base 4GB RAM + 128GB storage variant is now up for sale via online and offline retailers.

Realme X

The Realme X is equipped with a 6.53-inch full-HD+ (1080x2340 pixels) AMOLED screen with 19.5:9 aspect ratio, 91.2 percent screen-to-body ratio. It also features Gorilla Glass 5 protection and have an in-display fingerprint sensor for authentication. The dimensions of the handset is 161.2x76.9x9.4mm and it weighs 191 grams.

The Realme X is powered by a Snapdragon 710 SoC chipset clocked at 2.2GHz and comes in a total of three variants with up to 8GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage. The smartphone runs Android 9 Pie with ColorOS 6.0.

Coming to the optics, the Realme X packs a 48-megapixel primary camera with f/1.7 aperture that is accompanied by a 5-megapixel secondary sensor with an f/2.4 lens. Also, there is a 16-megapixel selfie camera with f/2.0 aperture on the front.

Other features Realme X nclude a USB Type-C port, Dolby Atmos support, 4G LTE support, Wi-Fi 802.11ac, Bluetooth 5, GPS.

The 4GB RAM + 128GB storage variant of Realme X starts at Rs 16,999. The phone's 8GB RAM + 128GB storage model has been priced at Rs 19,999. The device is available for purchase in Polar White and Space Blue colour options.
