Xiaomi Mi 9 to get launched in Chinese market on February 20 and its several leaks are already making rounds over the internet including its price, RAM variants and other specs. The smartphone maker will hold its launch event in China, however, most of its specifications and features are already out on social media. Xiaomi may launch the Mi 9 globally on February 24 at the Mobile World Congress 2019.
The Xiaomi Mi 9 comes with a 6.4-inch Full HD AMOLED display with 19:9 aspect ratio along with a water drop notch at the top and 90.7 per cent screen-to-body ratio. It will be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 processor paired with an Adreno 640 GPU.
As per some reports, Xiaomi Mi 9 will comes in three storage options, 6GB RAM + 64GB internal storage, 8GB RAM + 128GB internal storage and 8GB RAM + 256GB internal storage. There are even reports that the all new Xiaomi Mi 9 may also come in 10GB and 12GB RAM options.
However, the price of the handset is still unknown but its is expected to be around Rs 35,000 to Rs 40,000 as per the models.
On optics front, it will feature a triple camera lens setup of a 48MP rear camera lens with Sony IMX585 sensor along with 12MP telephoto lens and a 16MP ultra-wide angle lens.
For selfies, it is expected to sport just one camera lens. Mi 9 will also support 20W fast charging technology and the battery is likely to be of more than 3500mAh.
