Xiaomi is all set to launch its much-awaited Redmi Note 5A smartphone in China on Monday. It is said to a budget phone and specifically made for the selfie lovers. But just a day ahead of its launch, there are some features and specifications that were leaked online.
Meant for the selfie lovers, this smartphone provides a soft selfie flash on the front-facing camera. It helps in delivering good quality selfies in low-light conditions. And for the first time in the history, a smartphone is providing this soft flash feature.
Xiaomi Redmi Note 5A will have three slots – two for SIM cards and one for the microSD card, according to a fresh leak by Weibo.

According to reports, this Redmi smartphone will be launched in two variants namely, MDE6 and MDE6S. Meanwhile, the CEO of the Xiaomi has confirmed that the top-end variant will have a 16MP selfie camera and flash too.
The other specifications that have leaked online revealed that the smartphone will have 5.5-inch HD 720p display. Moreover, it will run on Android 7.1.1 Nougat OS. However, it is expected that the base model of Xiaomi Redmi Note 5A may feature a quad-core Snapdragon 425 SoC. The high-end variant may have 3GB RAM and 32GB storage whereas the base model may come in 2GB RAM and 16GB storage. Both variants are said to be expandable up to 128GB.
