After a long buzz, Acer has launched its first ever Windows Mixed Reality (MR) headset for the Indian market. By unveiling the product, the company has become the first one to launch a Windows Mixed Reality (MR) for the Indian consumer.
The new device features both AR and VR together on a single platform. Acer has not revealed the price of the product yet. However, the device currently sells for $399 in the US.
Before Acer, other PC makers company such as Asus HP, Lenovo and Dell are already in the market, selling their Windows Mixed Reality (MR), but are only limited to US market.
Acer is the first one company who has launched Windows Mixed Reality (MR) in the Indian market. This is not all, the company also recently launched the Nitro 5 spin convertible gaming laptop for the Indian market.
The Acer Windows Mixed Reality headset features an ultra-high resolution display of 1440 1440x1440 pixels per eye and a wide 95-degree field-of-view.
It also offers a 2.89-inch LCD display module which is attached to each lens and help to deliver a fast refresh rate of 90 Hz. And this configuration is essential for a true mixed reality experience.
This device definitely gonna be a treat for everyone. The headset also offering ‘inside-out tracking’ which means that there is no need to set-up additional trackers and sensors in the room.
