Airtel upgrades Rs 399 Prepaid pack to offer 1GB of 3G/ 4G data per day for 84 Days and more

Airtel has updated its Rs 399 prepaid pack with unlimited calls and 1GB daily data and increased the validity to 84 days from the current 70 days. Earlier, the pack offered unlimited local, STD, and roaming voice calls, as well as 100 SMSes per day. The plan is applicable on both 3G/4G networks.

It is believed that Airtel’s Rs 399 plan will take on Reliance Jio’s Rs 399 plan, which offers similar 84-day validity and 1GB daily data along with unlimited calls. Recently, Rival Jio revamped its plans slashing prices across board and increasing daily data limits.

Meanwhile, Airtel has also revised its Rs. 149 pack. According to reports, the new pack is currently only available in a few circles, specifically Andhra Pradesh and Telangana.

It is said that the new pack is company's cheapest with unlimited call benefits, and offers 1GB of 3G/ 4G data in its 28-day validity alongside 100 SMSes a day. The plan earlier used to offer unlimited voice calls on the same network and access to 1GB of 4G data during the 28-day validity.
