Apple’s most affordable smartphone iPhone XR which was launched in the year 2018 in the Indian market has reportedly received an unofficial price cut. The iPhone XS was launched in three variants of 64GB, 128GB and 256GB at Rs 76,900, Rs 81,900 and Rs 91,900 respectively. Now, as per some reports, the iPhone XR has received a price of Rs 6,400 after which the 64GB variant will cost just Rs 70,500.
These prices are not official Apple India’s price but based on the price list issued by a Mumbai-based offline retailer ‘Mahesh Telecom’. The retailer also shared the new slashed price list on its Twitter handle which reads, ‘’64GB our offer price Rs.70500/-, 128GB our offer price Rs.75500/-, 256GB our offer price Rs.85900/-‘’.
It is also to be noted the discounted prices are applicable on the purchased made from the particular retailer only and are not valid for the popular e-commerce websites including Flipkart and Amazon.

The iPhone XR comes with 6.1-inch Liquid Retina LCD display with 1792 x 828 pixels resolution with 328 ppi pixel density. It is powered by the Apple A12 Bionic chipset which is made with a 7nm process and comes loaded with a quad-core GPU.
On optics front, it comes with a single camera setup with a 12-megapixel wide angle lens with f/1.8 aperture, optical image stabilisation, 1.4-micron pixel size and 6-element lens.
For selfies, it has a 7-megapixel camera lens which comes with a Potrait Mode and a variable DOF for bokeh mode.
It also has 30 minutes more battery life than the Apple iPhone 8 Plus. The iPhone XR comes in several colour options including Coral, White, Yellow, Black, Blue and Product Red.
