Asus India announced a permanent price cut for seven smartphones of its ZenFone series. The new prices will be applicable along the company’s online and offline retail stores, including Asus Exclusive stores.

The smartphones on permanent price cut include ZenFone 3 (5.2), ZenFone 3 (5.5), ZenFone Max, ZenFone 3 Max (5.2), ZenFone 3 Max (5.5), ZenFone Go (5.0) and ZenFone Go (5.5).

According to the announcement made by Asus India, the Asus ZenFone (ZE520KL) will now be available for Rs 11,999, down from original price of Rs 15,999, however Asus claimed that the phone was selling for Rs 13,999 prior to this price cut.

The ZenFone 3 (ZE552KL) will now be available for Rs 14,999, down from its original price of Rs 16,999. The ZenFone 3 Max (ZC520TL), which was earlier priced at Rs 9,999, will now be available at Rs 8,999 after the price cut.

The ZenFone 3 Max (ZC553KL) will be available for Rs 9,999, down from its original price of Rs 12,999 and the ZenFone Max (ZC550KL) will be available for Rs 7,499, down from its original price of Rs 7,999.

The other budget smartphones of the company have also received a price cut. The ZenFone Go 5.0 will be down at Rs 6,499 from Rs 7,999, while the ZenFone Go 5.5 will be available at Rs 6,999, down from Rs 8,499.
