An end to end encrypted platform PayTm intends to bridge the communication gap between the buyer and the seller.Â
Most of the features are similar to that of WhatsApp, like sending instant videos, share live location, capture and share moments with the built-in camera.Â
"You can even chat with your friendly neighborhood shopkeeper and order stuff easily and send them money instantly on delivery," says PayTm blog.Â

Apart from normal chatting and doing transactions, the Notifications feature in the inbox will allow the user never to miss cashback offers available across categories. Â
To nail the show, PayTm has countered WhatsApp's delete message feature. Through PayTm's, 'Recall message', the user can delete any unwarranted message that has been sent to an individual or a group.Â
"We understand you may send something by mistake. You can recall a message — whether to one person or a group by using the ‘Delete for All’ option. The good news is, there are no deadlines for this to work!" says PayTm blog statement.
