The smartphones are raining this year. Hasn’t it? Well, we have the host of smartphones launched this year so far under the budget of Rs 15,000. Right from Vivo Z1 Pro to Realme 5 Pro, the market has been flooded with a lot of new phones, however, it's good for the consumer in every way. News Nation brings to you the best smartphones available in the market under Rs 15,000.

Vivo Z1 Pro:

Vivo Z1 Pro is the first smartphone to be powered with octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 712 SoC in India. The new SoC is based on 10nm manufacturing process and includes eight Kryo 360 CPU cores clocked at up to 2.3GHz and Adreno 616 GPU.

It also include Center Turbo, AI Turbo, Net Turbo, Cooling Turbo and Game Turbo features with an aim to improve the gaming performance.

The smartphone will be housing a 32-megapixel in-display (company speak for hole-punch) selfie camera and a triple rear camera setup with LED flash. It will further pack a 5,000mAh battery with 18W fast charging support as well as a rear fingerprint sensor.

Vivo Z1 is offered in three storage variants - 4GB + 64GB, 6GB + 64GB, and 6GB + 128GB. The prices for 6GB + 64GB and 6GB + 128GB variants are Rs 16,990 and Rs 17,990 respectively.

The smartphone is already available for sale. The smartphone is offered in three colours i.e. Sonic Blue, Mirror Black and Sonic Black.

Realme 5 Pro:

Realme 5 Pro sports a 6.3-inch full-HD+ (1080x2340 pixels) display with Corning Gorilla Glass 3+ for protection. Realme 5 Pro, which has dual-SIM (Nano), runs Color OS 6.0 based on Android 9 Pie. Realme 5 Pro is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 712 SoC, paired with up to 8GB of RAM.

On the imagining front, Realme 5 Pro sports a quad rear camera setup with a 48-megapixel Sony IMX586 primary sensor. It is accompanied by an 8-megapixel sensor, a 2-megapixel macro lens and a 2-megapixel portrait lens. Also, there is an electronic image stabilisation (EIS) tech included. On the front, Realme 5 Pro houses a 16-megapixel selfie camera.

Connectivity options on the Realme 5 Pro include 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11ac, Bluetooth v5.0, a GPS/ A-GPS, a3.5mm headphone jack, and a USB Type-C port. Sensors on board include an accelerometer, ambient light sensor, gyroscope, a magnetometer and a proximity sensor.

It comes in 64GB and 128GB inbuilt storage options, expandable via microSD card (up to 256GB). Realme 5 Pro packs a 4,035mAh capable of VOOC 3.0 fast charging tech.

The device measures 157x74.2x8.9mm and it weighs 184 grams. A fingerprint sensor is also available on the rear panel.

The 4GB + 64GB variant of Realme 5 Pro costs Rs 13,999. The price of 6GB + 64GB and 8GB + 128GB variants of Realme 5 Pro has been set at Rs 14,999 and Rs 16,999, respectively.

The smartphone is available in Crystal Green and Sparkling Blue colours.

Redmi Note 7 Pro:

Redmi Note 7 Pro comes with a larger 6.3-inch full-HD+ (1080x2340 pixels) LTPS display with 19.5:9 aspect ratio, Corning Gorilla Glass 5. It also has a 2.5D curved glass protection. Under the hood, there is an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 675 SoC, coupled with up to 6GB RAM and 128GB storage, which can be expanded up to 256GB.

In terms of optics, Redmi Note 7 Pro has a 48-megapixel Samsung GM1 sensor that sits on the dual rear camera setup, along with an f/1.8 aperture and another 5-megapixel sensor. On the front, there is a 13-megapixel selfie camera with several AI features like face unlock, smart beauty.

The Redmi Note 7 Pro packs a 4,000mAh battery with Quick Charge 4 support. Connectivity options on the Redmi Note 7 Pro include 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11ac, Bluetooth v5.0, GPS/ A-GPS, USB Type-C port, and 3.5mm headphone jack.

The 6GB RAM and 64GB storage variant of Redmi Note 7 Pro is being retailed at Rs 13,999. The top-end variant with 6GB RAM and 128GB storage costs Rs 15,999.

The Redmi Note 7 Pro comes in three colours - Neptune Blue, Space Black and Nebula Red - and all of them are available for sale.

Motorola One Action

The smartphone features a 6.3-inch full-HD+ (1080x2520 pixels) IPS CinemaVision display along with 21:9 aspect ratio. Motorola One Action runs Android 9 Pie, however, it will be later upgraded to Android 10 and Android 11.

Under the hood, the phone has an octa-core Samsung Exynos 9609 SoC, coupled with Mali G72 MP3 GPU and 4GB of RAM. The dual-SIM (Nano) Motorola One Action has 128GB of internal storage that is expandable via microSD card (up to 512GB).

On the imagining front, Motorola One Action sports a triple rear camera setup that includes a 16-megapixel action camera sensor with 2-micron pixel size and f/2.2 lens, 12-megapixel primary sensor with an f/1.8 lens, and a 5-megapixel depth sensor with an f/2.2 lens. On the front, there is a 12-megapixel camera sensor for selfies.

Connectivity options on the Motorola One Action include 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 802.11ac, Bluetooth v5.0, GPS/ A-GPS, NFC, USB Type-C, and a 3.5mm headphone jack. Sensors on the phone include accelerometer, ambient light, gyroscope, fingerprint reader, magnetometer, and proximity sensor.

The smartphone packs a 3,500mAh battery that supports 10W charging. Motorola One Action measures 160.1x71.2x9.15mm and it weighs 160 grams.

Motorola One Action comes in one variant i.e. 4GB RAM + 128GB storage variant and it price has been set at Rs 13,999. The smartphone is available in Denim Blue and Pearl White colour variants.

Xiaomi Mi A3

Xiaomi Mi A3 comes equipped with a waterdrop-style notched display design, Gorilla Glass 5 protection and 19.5:9 aspect ratio. Xiaomi Mi A3 features a 6.08-inch HD+ (720x1560 pixels) Super AMOLED display.

It comes equipped with stock Android 9 Pie operating system. Xiaomi Mi A3 is a downgrade from FHD+. However, the phone gets an AMOLED panel instead of LCD which allows for an in-display fingerprint sensor.

Under the hood, Xiaomi Mi A3 is powered by the Snapdragon 665 chipset. The device comes with up to 6GB RAM and 128GB internal storage and Adreno 610 GPU. The internal storage is expandable via microSD card.

On the imagining front, the Mi A3 has the triple rear camera setup that has a 48-megapixel primary sensor with an f/1.79 lens, 8-megapixel secondary sensor with a 118-degree wide-angle f/1.79 lens, and a 2-megapixel tertiary sensor for depth sensing. The smartphone also has the 32-megapixel selfie camera at the front with an f/2.0 lens.

Connectivity options on the newly-launched smartphone include 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11ac, Bluetooth v5.0, GPS/ A-GPS, USB Type-C, and a 3.5mm headphone jack.

Besides, the phone packs a 4,030mAh battery with support for 18W fast charging and it measures 153.48x71.85x8.5mm.

The 4GB RAM + 64GB storage variant of Xiaomi Mi A3 costs Rs 12,999. The price of 6GB RAM + 128GB storage variant of Xiaomi Mi A3 has been set at Rs 15,999.

The smartphone is available in Not Just Blue, More Than White and Kind of Gray colour options.
