Huawei sub-brand Honor has finally launched a new smartphone i.e. Honor Play 4T Pro. The key features on Honor Play 4T Pro include a waterdrop-style notch, triple-rear camera setup, and a 4,000mAh battery, among others. Honor Play 4T Pro also carries an artificial intelligence (AI) backed camera features.
The price for base 6GB + 128GB storage variant of Honor Play 4T Pro in China has been set at CNY 1,499 (approx. Rs 16,200). On the other hand, the 8GB + 128GB storage model of Honor Play 4T Pro carries a price tag of CNY 1,699 (approx. Rs 18,400). The phone comes in Blue, Emerald, and Black colour options. Moreover, it is available through VMall starting today. However, the details about the global availability Honor Play 4T Pro are yet to be revealed.
Honor Play 4T Pro sports a 6.3-inch full-HD+ (1,080x2,400 pixels) OLED display with a 20:9 aspect ratio and 2.5D curved glass protection. The smartphone supports dual-SIM (Nano) and runs Android 9 Pie along with Magic UI 2.1 on top. The device is powered by an octa-core HiSilicon Kirin 810 SoC, coupled with ARM Mali-G52 MP6 GPU and up to 8GB RAM. Honor Play 4T Pro offers internal storage of up to 128GB that can be expanded up to 256GB via a microSD card.
On the imaging front, Honor Play 4T Pro comes equipped with the triple-rear camera setup that houses a 48-megapixel primary sensor along with an f/1.8 lens. The primary camera is assisted by an 8-megapixel secondary sensor along with an ultra-wide-angle f/2.4 lens, and a 2-megapixel depth sensor that has an f/2.4 lens on top. On the front, there is a 16-megapixel selfie camera with an f/2.0 lens.
Connectivity options on the newly-launched smartphone include 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, Bluetooth v5.0, GPS/ A-GPS, 3.5mm headphone jack, and a USB Type-C port. Whereas, sensors onboard include an accelerometer, ambient light, magnetometer, and a proximity sensor. It also carries an in-display fingerprint sensor.

The device packs a 4,000mAh battery that supports 22.5W fast charging. Honor Play 4T Pro measures 157.4x73.2x7.75mm and weighs 165 grams.
