Huawei Nova 5i Pro was recently launched in China. The key highlights of the smartphone are four rear cameras, 7nm-based Kirin 810 chipset, punch-hole display and up to 256GB of internal storage. According to the initial media reports, the Huawei Nova 5i Pro will be launched in in international markets as the Mate 30 Lite. It is worth mentioning here that the Mate 30 series is expected to come to India as well.
The price of Huawei Nova 5i Pro starts at CNY 2,199 (approx. Rs 22,000) for the base model with 6GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage. The 8GB + 128GB and 8GB + 256GB storage variants costs CNY 2,499 (approx. Rs 25,000) and CNY 2,799 (approx. Rs 28,000), respectively. The newly-launched mobile phone will go on sale in China in a flash sale on August 2. It will be available in three colour options i.e. Black, Green and gradient Blue.
As far as the specifications of Nova 5i Pro are concerned, the smartphone features a 6.26-inch FHD+ (2340x1080) IPS LCD display with a hole-punch cutout for the selfie camera on the top left corner. The display is surrounded by thin bezels, especially on the top and sides. It sports a rear-mounted fingerprint sensor.
Huawei Nova 5i Pro is powered by an octa-core Kirin 810 chipset which is based on a 7nm process. It is paired with to 8GB of RAM and the phone comes with up to 256GB of onboard storage. In a bid to provide enhanced gaming experience, the Huawei Nova 5i Pro supports GPU Turbo.
On the imagining front, the device houses four camera setup in a square-shaped module includes a 48MP Sony IMX586 main camera, 8MP ultra wide-angle sensor, 2MP Super Macro lens and a 2MP depth sensor. On the front, the Nova 5i Pro gets a 32MP selfie camera.
Huawei Nova 5i Pro packs a 4,000mAh battery and supports 20W fast charging. It also comes with a 3.5mm headphone jack and a Type-C port.
