Infinix S5, the entry-level smartphone, has recently gone on sale in India via Flipkart. The key features on the Infinix S5 include a hole-punch display, a 90.5 percent screen-to-body ratio, a quad rear camera setup, and a 32-megapixel selfie camera. Infinix S5
Infinix S5 features a 6.6-inch HD+ (720x1600 pixels) display with a 20:9 aspect ratio, 480 nits peak brightness, and a 90.5 percent screen-to-body ratio.
The newly-launched entry-level smartphone supports dual-SIM (Nano) technology and runs XOS 5.5 Cheetah based on Android 9.0 Pie.
Under the hood, the smartphone is powered by an octa-core MediaTek Helio P22 SoC, coupled with 4GB of RAM.
Infinix S5 comes equipped with a quad rear camera setup that houses a 16-megapixel primary sensor with an f/1.8 aperture, a 2-megapixel Super Macro lens capable of shooting at the proximity of 2.5cm, a 5-megapixel wide-angle lens with a 114-degree field of view, and a 2-megapixel depth sensor. There is a 32-megapixel camera with an f/2.0 aperture on the front.
Infinix S5 has 64GB of inbuilt storage, which is expandable via microSD card (up to 256GB) with its own dedicated slot. The device packs a 4,000mAh battery. It also has a rear fingerprint scanner.
Infinix S5 is available in Quetzal Crystal and Violet colour options.
The price for the lone 4GB RAM + 64GB inbuilt storage variant of Infinix S5 in India has been set at Rs 8,999.
Asus Zenfone Max Pro M2
Asus ZenFone Max Pro M1 features a 5.99-inch full-HD+ (1080x2160 pixels) IPS Full View display with an 18:9 aspect ratio.
The dual-SIM (Nano) Asus ZenFone Max Pro M1 is powered by an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 636 SoC, paired with Adreno 509 GPU and up to 6GB RAM.
The device also has up to 64GB of onboard storage that is expandable via microSD card.
On the imagining front, the smartphone comes equipped with dual rear camera setup. The 3GB and 4GB RAM versions of the smartphone carry a 13-megapixel primary camera with an f/2.2 lens and a 5-megapixel depth-sensing secondary image sensor, while the 6GB RAM variant comes with 16-megapixel primary shooter in place of the 13-megapixel shooter. On the front, it houses a 16-megapixel shooter for selfies.
The phone packs a 5,000mAh battery and a rear fingerprint sensor.
