Nokia 2.3 With Dual Rear Cameras Launched In India: Complete Details Inside

HMD Global has finally launched the Nokia 2.3 on Wednesday. The key features on the latest entry-level Android phone include dual rear camera setup, quad-core MediaTek Helio A22 SoC, and 4,000mAh battery, among others. According to a report of NDTV’s Gadgets 360, the Finnish company has announced a one-year replacement guarantee on the phone covering hardware defects. Also, a 6-month warranty on the accessories is on the cards.

Nokia 2.3: Price, Launch Offers & Availability

The price for the sole variant of the Nokia 2.3 in India has been set at Rs 8,199. The smartphone will go on sale starting December 27 via the official Nokia India e-shop, authorised retail stores, Croma, Reliance, Sangeetha, Poorvika, Big C, and MyG outlets. As far as the launch offers on the phone are concerned, existing or new Jio subscribers will get Jio benefits worth Rs 7,200 if they opt for the Rs 249 and Rs 349 prepaid plans. The benefit includes Rs 2,200 in cashback from Jio, discount worth Rs 2,000 from Zoomcar, and vouchers worth Rs 3,000 from Cleartrip.

Nokia 2.3: Specifications

Nokia 2.3 features a 6.2-inch HD+ (720x1520 pixels) in-cell display with a 19:9 aspect ratio. The smartphone supports dual-SIM (Nano) connectivity. It is powered by a quad-core MediaTek Helio A22 SoC coupled with 2GB of RAM. Nokia 2.3 runs stock Android Pie software.

On the imaging front, Nokia 2.3 comes equipped with a dual rear camera setup with a 13-megapixel primary camera with an f/2.2 aperture, paired with a 2-megapixel depth sensor. The rear camera setup is accompanied by an LED flash module. On the front, the Nokia 2.3 offers a 5-megapixel camera with an f/2.4 aperture.

The smartphone boasts of a 32GB of inbuilt storage which is expandable via microSD card (up to 400GB) in a hybrid dual-SIM configuration. Connectivity options on the phone include 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth v5.0, GPS/ A-GPS, Micro-USB (v2.0), and a 3.5mm headphone jack. The device packs a 4,000mAh battery, accompanied by a 5W charger. The phone has a polymer body with 3D nano texture for better grip and also features a dedicated Google Assistant button.
