HMD Global, the Nokia brand licensee, had recently unveiled the two new mid-range smartphones on the sidelines of IFA tech fair in Berlin. Yes, you read it right. The two phones which were launched at IFA tech fair are 6.2 and Nokia 7.2. The key features on both the devices include Android 9 Pie, 3,500mAh battery and triple rear cameras, among others.
Nokia 6.2: Specifications, Price & Availability
Nokia 6.2 sports a 6.3-inch full-HD+ display with HDR10 support, Gorilla Glass 3 and 500nits brightness. It supports dual-SIM (Nano) and runs on Android 9 Pie. The smartphone is powered by octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 636 SoC, paired with up to 4GB of RAM.
As far as the optics are concerned, Nokia 6.2 comes equipped with a triple rear camera setup that include a 16-megapixel primary shooter with f/1.8 aperture, a 5-megapixel depth sensor and an 8-megapixel wide-angle shooter with f/2.2 aperture. On the front, there is an 8-megapixel f/2.0 selfie camera
Nokia 6.2 comes with up to 128GB of onboard storage. It also features a dedicated microSD card slot (up to 512GB). Connectivity options on the smartphone include Wi-Fi 802.11ac, Bluetooth 5.0, USB Type-C port, GPS, and 4G LTE. The device measures 159.88x75.11x8.25mm and it weighs 180 grams. Nokia 6.2 packs a 3,500mAh battery.
The price of Nokia 6.2 has been set at EUR 199 (approx. Rs 15,800) for 3GB + 32GB in Europe. The company will also offer a 6GB + 64GB variant at EUR 249 (approx. Rs 19,800). The smartphone will go on sale in October in Europe and will be made available in Ceramic Black and Ice colour options. However, the pricing of the 128GB variant of the phone is yet to be known. Also, there is no word on the India price or availability of the smartphone as well.
