HMD Global is all set to launch its most expensive device – the Nokia 8 or the Nokia 9 by the second half of 2017. The German website WinFuture has however claimed that the Finnish company’s next generation phone will be Nokia 8 with model number TA-1004.
Moreover, the report has also said that the Nokia 8 will be available with a Snapdragon 835 processor – the latest chipset from Qualcomm.
Features of the Nokia 8:
The device will be available with 4 GB RAM and 64 GB of internal storage. Further, although it will come with dual-SIM cards in Europe, the single SIM variant of the phone will also be available.Four colour combinations such as Blue, Steel, Gold/Blue and Gold/Copper have been planned for the Nokia 8.

Moreover, a Scandinavian retailer has allegedly said the phone will go on sale on July 31 and with a price tag of €589 ( or approximately Rs. 43,415).
The price will be a bit lower in other countries.Reports had earlier stated that the Nokia 8 might ship with a 5.7-inch Quad HD ( 2560 x 1440) display, and dual 13-megapixel cameras.

Howsoever, WinFuture isn’t sure about the speculated specifications of the phone.HMD Global has recently entered into an “exclusive” partnership with German optics company Zeiss. Thus, rumours have also emerged that the Nokia 8 might feature a Zeiss lens.
