Oppo A9 2020 was launched in India in September. Now, the smartphone is all set to get a new Vanilla Mint Edition in India. While the new colour option has been announced via a teaser, its availability or how it will look like - is not known as of yet. The key features on Oppo A9 2020 include quad rear camera setup, a 5,000mAh battery, and an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 665 SoC, among others.
According to a report of NDTV’s Gadgets 360, Oppo A9 2020 Vanilla Mint Edition will be available only in the 8GB RAM + 128GB storage model. Oppo A9 2020 Vanilla Mint Edition is likely to be priced in India at Rs 19,990. The availability of the Vanilla Mint Edition of Oppo A9 2020 is yet to be known.

It is worth mentioning here that the price of the base 4GB RAM variant of Oppo A9 2020 has been set at Rs 16,990. On the other hand, the 8GB RAM variant of Oppo A9 2020 costs Rs 19,990. The smartphone is currently available in Marine Green and Space Purple.

Oppo A9 2020 features a 6.5-inch display with a waterdrop-style notch and Gorilla Glass 3+ protection. The smartphone supports dual-SIM connectivity with Nano-SIM card slots and it runs on Android 9 Pie with ColorOS 6.0.1 on top. Oppo A9 2020 is powered by octa-core Snapdragon 665 SoC. It is paired with a 5,000mAh battery.
On the imaging front, Oppo A9 2020 comes equipped with a quad-camera setup that includes a 48-megapixel main camera, whereas A5 2020 has a 12-megapixel primary shooter. The other three rear cameras on the phone include an 8-megapixel ultra-wide-angle camera, 2-megapixel monochrome shooter, and a 2-megapixel depth sensor for portraits. On the front, there is a 16-megapixel shooter for the selfies.
Also, you will get up to 8GB of RAM and 128GB of onboard storage with a microSD card slot (up to 256GB) in the Oppo A9 2020. Additionally, you will get Dolby Atmos support and a rear fingerprint sensor in the smartphone.
