Oppo A9, a mid-range smartphone, was launched on Thursday in China. The smartphone carries waterdrop-style notch, a dual rear camera setup, a rear fingerprint sensor and powers on Android Pie. Notably, Oppo is yet to announce whether the phone will be launched in India or not.
The phone costs Yuan 1799 (roughly Rs 18,700) in China and comes in three different colours- Mica Green, Ice Jade White and Fluorite Purple. Importantly, the smartphone will go on sale on April 30th in the country.
Coming back to the specifications, Oppo A9 features a 6.5-inch (1080x2340 pixels) full-HD+ display with 90.7 percent screen-to-body ratio and fifth-gen Corning Gorilla Glass protection. The phone's processor is not yet disclosed but its paired with 6GB RAM. The phone also consists 128GB of Internal storage.
