Oppo F15 has recently gone on open sale in India via Amazon.in, Flipkart, Oppo India online store, and offline retailers. The key features on Oppo F15 include quad rear camera setup, 6.4-inch full-HD+ AMOLED display, in-display fingerprint sensor, and 4,000mAh battery, among others. On the competition front in India, Oppo F15 is up against Poco F1 and Realme 5 Pro. News Nation brings you the comparison between Oppo F15, Poco F1 and Realme 5 Pro on the basis of specifications, features, and price.

Oppo F15

Oppo F15 sports a 6.4-inch full-HD+ (1080x2400 pixels) AMOLED display with 20:9 aspect ratio. The screen of Oppo F15 has a Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protection and the In-Display Fingerprint 3.0. The smartphone supports dual-SIM (Nano) technology and runs Android 9 Pie with ColorOS 6.1.2. The device is powered by an octa-core MediaTek Helio P70 (MT6771V) SoC, paired with Mali G72 MP3 GPU and 8GB of LPDDR4x RAM. It has 128GB of UFS 2.1 onboard storage that is expandable via microSD card (up to 256GB).

On the imaging front, Oppo F15 comes equipped with the quad rear camera setup that houses a 48-megapixel primary sensor with an f/1.79 lens. The primary camera is assisted by an 8-megapixel secondary sensor with an f/2.25 ultra-wide-angle lens that has a field-of-view (FoV) of 119 degrees. There are also two 2-megapixel sensors with f/2.4 lenses. On the front, there is a 16-megapixel selfie camera sensor along with an f/2.0 lens.

Connectivity options on the phone 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11ac, Bluetooth v4.2, GPS/ A-GPS, USB Type-C, and a 3.5mm headphone jack. On the other hand, sensors onboard include an accelerometer, ambient light, gyroscope, magnetometer, pedometer, and a proximity sensor. The smartphone has preloaded gaming features such as Game Boost 2.0, Gaming Voice Changer, and In-Game Noise Cancelling Effects. It packs a 4,000mAh battery that supports VOOC 3.0 fast charging technology. The phone measures 160.2x73.3x7.9mm and weigh 172 grams.

The price of the lone 8GB RAM + 128GB storage variant of Oppo F15 in India has been set at Rs 19,990. The smartphone comes in Lightening Black and Unicorn White colour options.

Poco F1

Poco F1 features a 6.18-inch full-HD+ display with 500 nits peak brightness. The smartphone is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 SoC. On the optics front, the Poco F1 is equipped with a dual-camera setup on the back with 12-megapixel Sony IMX363 and 5-megapixel sensors. On the front, Poco F1 has a 20-megapixel camera with HDR.

The smartphone also comes with a special version of MIUI, called MIUI for Poco, based on Android 9 Pie. There is a dedicated Poco Launcher, centred around app drawer and customisations. Additionally, the device comes with a 4,000mAh battery with Quick Charge 3.0 support, a microSD card slot (up to 256GB) and 4G LTE support. The smartphone is offered in Steel Blue, Graphite Black, and Rosso Red colours.

 The 6GB RAM + 64GB storage model of Poco F1 costs Rs 17,999. The mid-variant with 128GB storage and 6GB RAM costs Rs 20,999. Lastly, the top-end variant with 8GB RAM + 256GB storage and costs Rs 27,999.

Realme 5 Pro

Realme 5 Pro sports a 6.3-inch full-HD+ (1080x2340 pixels) display with Corning Gorilla Glass 3+ for protection. Realme 5 Pro, which has dual-SIM (Nano), runs Color OS 6.0 based on Android 9 Pie. The smartphone is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 712 SoC, paired with up to 8GB of RAM.

On the imaging front, Realme 5 Pro sports a quad rear camera setup with a 48-megapixel Sony IMX586 primary sensor. It is accompanied by an 8-megapixel sensor, a 2-megapixel macro lens, and a 2-megapixel portrait lens. Also, there is an electronic image stabilisation (EIS) tech included. On the front, Realme 5 Pro houses a 16-megapixel selfie camera.

Connectivity options on the Realme 5 Pro include 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11ac, Bluetooth v5.0, a GPS/ A-GPS, a3.5mm headphone jack, and a USB Type-C port. Sensors onboard include an accelerometer, ambient light sensor, gyroscope, a magnetometer and a proximity sensor. It comes in 64GB and 128GB inbuilt storage options, expandable via microSD card (up to 256GB). Realme 5 Pro packs a 4,035mAh capable of VOOC 3.0 fast charging tech.

The device measures 157x74.2x8.9mm and it weighs 184 grams. A fingerprint sensor is also available on the rear panel.The 4GB + 64GB variant of Realme 5 Pro costs Rs 13,999. The price of 6GB + 64GB and 8GB + 128GB variants of Realme 5 Pro has been set at Rs 14,999 and Rs 16,999, respectively. The smartphone is available in Crystal Green and Sparkling Blue colours.
